Monitors Pandora look and grooming guidelines to ensure team is complying with Pandora standards.
Maintains standards in merchandise handling, presentation, loss prevention, and all other duties as directed by management in accordance with Pandora standards
Participates in and facilitates visual directives including execution of planograms and merchandise replenishment.
Promotes guest service by ensuring associates are greeting and assisting customers; responds to guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Assists in the development of store associates; interprets daily goals and delivers coaching as needed; provides feedback to Store Manager for associate performance appraisals and evaluations. Employs coaching tools and resources to drive performance.

3-5 years retail sales experience
Luxury Jewelry Sales and Management Experience Preferred
Excellent communication, verbal and written skills
Excellent customer service skills
Knowledge of administrative and procedural aspects of store operations
Regular attendance is essential to this position in order to ensure adequate coverage to meet company objectives. Ability to work a flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays is required.
Must be 18 years of age or older
Communicate with customers, standing and moving around sales floor and stockroom, operate register, lift and carry 30 pounds, climbing, reaching, pushing / pulling
