SHIFTS: OPEN, MID, CLOSE - 3 HRS TO 6 HRS PER SHIFT – WKLY HOURS: 3 HRS MIN TO 16 HR MAX
Operation of Carousel ride maintaining established safety standards at all times
Knowledge and Enforcement of Carousel Security and Safety procedures without exception
Maintain cash drawer providing customers with change for token machine
Completion of opening or end of shift Reconciliation Report
Respond promptly to customer inquiries, acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
Escalate issues to management for resolution as necessary.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude toward customers at all times delivering a delightful fun experience
Report all Carousel incidents and accidents immediately to mall Security and management office
Provide ongoing feedback on the efficiency of Carousel operations and the customer service process to ensure the delivery of customer focused client services.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent, customer service experience
Experience working in customer service environment, particularly with children
